Returning Unopened Goods
If you change your mind within seven working days of receiving your order and the manufacturers packaging has not been opened and the product has not been used, you may return the goods to us. You must notify us using our contact form of your intention to return the goods within seven working days of receiving the goods. We will then provide returns information. Once we have received and checked the return, we will issue a refund back to the card the order was placed on for the value of the goods minus a fifteen percent restocking fee.
The return will be at your own cost and you must ensure the goods are adequately insured and well packaged, as we can not issue a refund if the goods arrive to us damaged in any way. The goods must arrive back to us as they were received.
If you contact us with your intention to cancel the order before the order has been dispatched, we will issue a full refund of any charges you have received.
Items Damaged on Receipt
If possible, you should inspect the goods before accepting delivery and signing for them. If they are damaged, you should refuse the delivery and then contact us with your order number by either our contact form or by telephone.
If it has not been possible to inspect them and you find them damaged after having received them, avoid opening the goods and contact us for further instructions.
Items That Don’t Work or Fail Within One Year
If your items are not working when you install/test them, or they fail within the first year, please contact us using the contact form. Describe what the fault is and what you have done to attempt to rectify the fault.
In some cases the fault is a result of the item not being used correctly and can therefore be rectified without the goods being returned. If this is not the case, we will provide a instructions for returning the goods.
